In the beginning there was a tree--The Tree of Life.
When sin entered the world, we no longer had access to that tree. We waited for another tree. The Cross.
Jesus, as the perfect sacrifice for our sins once again gives us access to the Tree of Life. But we have to wait. Wait for Heaven.
Until then, we are Living Life Between The Trees.
Family Biblical Principle
A loving relationship always equals obedience, whereas obedience does not always equal a loving relationship!
"O Lord, that lends me life,
Lend me a heart replete with thankfulness."
William Shakespeare
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
(Php 4:8)
Now that just makes me laugh! I kid you not, my two boys did the same exact thing with those linking cubes on Friday. I just don't think boys and anti-guns can realistically go together. They will make them out of anything!
P.S. I should have taken a picture of theirs and sent it to you so that they could all compare their designs they came up with. :)

OH, that is SO my son!! Love it! And when I don't let him have the math manipulatives, he just uses pencils or rulers or something!

My sons are loving this picture!!
I have seen the Celtic Woman performance on PBS. It gave me goosebumps!
ANYTHING can be made into a weapon--crackers, styrofoam, paper plates (too many to count), duct tape...

I think ours get used more like that than how they are "supposed" to be used... Pretty bad. lol
You should have heard my son. He came up next to me and said, "Woooow, what is THAT!?" with total awe in his voice.
